* Comdevs support ticketing system isn?t the only choice. But it is a good solution for designers wanting to maintain their cretaive website layout. Reviewers have mentioned they don? t like hacking up their designs to fit other systems. We implemented a small piece of code that designers can paste where they want on the front-end, whcih pulls in the PHP/MySQL customer helpdesk.
* We had to make it real simple on the back-end too.
